IT Support Maintenance Contracts

We only provide IT Support Services in the Portsmouth, Chichester, Havant, Hayling island, Fareham and Southampton areas.

To ensure the business process continues with as little interruption as possible it is common practice for small and large businesses to take out some form of annual Laptop maintenance contract.

We supply IT maintenance contracts that cover PC's, Printers, Servers and associated hardware. Our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are for same day response (normally within 4 working hours) and next day response.

Whenever we take on a new IT Support Contract, we purchase spare parts specifically for that client. All contracts cover our clients for an unlimited amount of time spent on site and all reasonable parts.

All Ad Hoc repairs are guaranteed for 1 month from date of repair. Parts are at additional cost.
Free Antivirus Software
We will install absolutely free of charge the latest anti-virus software from Avast on every repaired PC. This has a 14 month licence and is free to renew. It is our recommended solution for home users

Same day response On-site Laptop repair - £15.00 callout charge and £35.00 per hour spent on site.

Network repair or support service £15 callout and £45.00 per hour

Repairs delivered to our premises are charged at £25.00 per hour.
